F.A.Q.

    1. Do you ship anywhere? Yes we are ready to ship our products worldwide, though we are only currently working in the U.S. and Canada, and Europe.  Shipping rates should be generated for your delivery area, when you order online. If you are purchasing digital downloads, you will not be charged for shipping. If you would prefer to organize for your own shipping, you can do that too:)
    2. Do you Deliver? Yes. Sometimes, depending on location, timing and the size of your order. 
    3. Where do you manufacture? We make our games to order, in our family-run studio, located on our forest farm, in Haliburton, Ontario. For signage, printing, and other products, we have several manufacturing partners that are all privately-owned, family-run companies we trust located in the U.S. and Canada. We are the owners and creators of our work and owners of all rights. More information about our manufacturing process here. 
    4. Can I get a refund? We can not issue refunds on customized orders. However, we will do our best to make sure you are completely satisfied and that any errors are fixed quickly.  We do guarantee the quality and your will work hard to exceed your expectations.
    5. Do you do custom work? Yes, most definitely! If you'd rather own a design and lock down a concept for your sole use- we are routinely hired for custom-branded design work, and have earned the highest degree of trust and professional integrity from the agritourism industry. Click here to visit our "Services" info. 

    6. How long will it take to get my order after I purchase? In order to streamline the process for our studio and suppliers, we produce most of our products in production batches, on a bi-monthly or quarterly basis. The delay for your delivery will depending a little bit on when you ordered, but will never be more than 12 weeks. All product ordered before the end of one quarter will be delivered before the end of the next one. If you have a deadline/event that we need to be ready for- just let us know.
